Summary (not a substitute for the terms): Nexac helps you organize health information, add documents, set reminders, collaborate with a family/caregiver Care Circle, and ask questions to an AI assistant. It does not provide diagnosis or medical/pharmaceutical advice and is not for emergencies. Some features may require sign‑in (Google/Apple/Facebook) and may be part of a 7‑day free trial or subscription.
1) About These Terms
These Terms of Use set the rules of conduct for using Nexac’s websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Your contractual relationship (e.g., billing, refunds, liability, governing law) is covered by our separate Terms & Conditions; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms of Use.
2) Service Purpose: No Medical Advice
Nexac provides tools to organize health information, store documents (e.g., prescriptions, lab results), set reminders/notifications (e.g., appointments or medication), collaborate with a Care Circle, and interact with an AI assistant for general information. Nexac is not a medical device and does not provide medical or pharmaceutical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For medical questions, consult a qualified professional. In emergencies, call your local emergency number immediately.

The Service allows you to invite people (e.g., family or caregivers) to your Care Circle and to assign roles/permissions (e.g., Owner, Admin, Member). You control what you share and with whom; you may add or remove members and change roles at any time. If you choose to share with a clinic or provider you’ve saved in Nexac, you authorize us to provide access accordingly. Use caution when sharing health information.

Treat others with respect. Do not engage in harassment, threats, or abuse. If you encounter misuse or concerning content, please report it via in‑app tools or contact@inhdy.com.
9) Moderation; Content Removal; Suspension
We may remove or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms of Use or the law, and we may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. We may also restrict features (e.g., sharing, messaging, or AI) to keep the Service safe. Where appropriate, we will notify you and may offer a path to appeal.
10) Subscriptions, Trials & Features
Some features may be available only with a paid subscription or during a 7‑day free trial; details (including pricing and renewal) are in the Terms & Conditions or the in‑app purchase flow. Feature availability may vary by region or platform.
11) Third‑Party Services & Links
The Service may rely on or link to third‑party services (e.g., Google/Apple/Facebook sign‑in, cloud hosting, messaging, payments). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party sites or services you choose to use.
12) Feedback
If you send us comments, suggestions, or ideas (“Feedback”), you grant Nexac a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use the Feedback in any manner for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, without obligation to you.
13) Intellectual Property
The Service (including software, UI, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) is owned by InHDY and its licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no licenses or rights are granted by implication.
14) Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy (separate document), which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data and how you can exercise your rights.
15) Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may update features or policies to improve reliability, security, or usability. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., in‑app or by email) with the new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms of Use work together with (and are supplemented by) the Terms & Conditions (contractual terms such as payments, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) and the Privacy Policy (data processing). If there is a conflict, the Terms & Conditions control contractual matters, and the Privacy Policy controls data processing.
